Regulatory:

Compliant Fit Testing required by Yukon Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations - Part 1 General 1.33 Fit Tests and Fit Checks shall be carried out on workers as required to ensure an acceptable performance from the respirators being used and records of the tests shall be maintained.

Payment Terms:

To avoid a late payment interest charge, payment must reach Salem Safety by the payment due date on the invoice found on the top right.

Salem Safety will apply a 3.25% per month (46.80% per annum) Late Payment Charge to any unpaid portion outstanding after the “Payment date”.

A service charge of 3.3% applies for payments made by credit card through Square and will be displayed on the email receipt.

Alternative payment methods are available such as electronic funds transfer (EFT), by cheque, or by cash.

All invoices are delivered electronically as our company strives to be zero waste. If you require a physical copy, please ask us and one can be generated.
